

How Do You Order A Website From Norwich Web Designers
We want to make the ordering process as simple and as smooth as possible.
Before placing an order there are some important documents that you should take a look at. Please take a look at our Website Business Forms pack.
The Website Business Forms pack consists of three documents – Website Planning Document, Website Content and Website Contract. These three documents make up the Web Design contract between you and Norwich Web Designers.
Our Website Planning Document is the document that takes you through all the elements that make up your site, including a section on what you want to achieve with your website. This is an essential document and will be used as the basis for planning your site.
Our Website Content outlines what we require in terms of text and graphics and includes a planning sheet where you can let us know what goes where in terms of files and graphics. This means there are is no confusion at the design stage of the process.
Finally, our Website Contract is the agreement between you and Norwich Web Designers which outlines prices and time schedule agreements. It outlines exactly what you will get from your web design package and lists all elements that are included. It will also outline what is not included in the package. This must be agreed and signed prior to commencement of any work so both parties are clear of each others responsibilities.
The Order/Design Process
The order process stage-by-stage
- Download and complete the necessary forms as as detailed above.
- Decide on which package you require or alternatively contact us for a cheap web design quote.
- Go to the relevant package page and click on Order This Package.
- Fill in all the required fields of the form and any optional ones which are relevant.
- Place your order wait for our confirmation email – a member of our staff will contact you to confirm your order has been successful.
- We will then request you send us the Business Forms information so we can begin building your website.
- On satisfactory completion of the relavant documentation, you will then receive an invoice for 40% of the total order price. You will pay the remaining 60% on completion of all web design work to your satisfaction.
- You will receive a proof version of your website for you to approve where you can make any necessary amendments.
- Once you have approved your website design we will build the final version of the site. You will be able to view it prior to it going live on your domain. Once you are happy with everything, we will issue a final invoice and upon payment your site will go live and we will also submit it to all the major search engines.
